Today is a good day for Scotland. Rough guide viewers voted the country as the most beautiful in the world. With both England and Wales making the top ten, its a great result for the United Kingdom. I’m pleased as it shows that many agree with my article that we have some of the best places to see mountains in the world. Why visit Scotland?
Scotland is the perfect location for those wanting to get away from it all and escape the urban rat race. For those budding photographers out there bring your camera along and capture some unique images that will give you memories to last a life time. For those with an adventurous spirit why not try climbing your first munro? A munro is a Scottish mountains over 3000ft, we have 282 of them. While none of them are easy, some are more straight forward than others.
