Wow recently I reached over 100 adventure filled articles on Goseemountains.com. For over two years I’ve brought readers a flavour of personal struggle and achievement of climbing the Scottish munros and exploring the world. Covering everything from what gear to take with you, through to where to get the best mountain experience.
When I started the Goseemountain.com portal I had crossed the 50 munro summit goal. A solo expedition into the unforgettable Fisherfield Forrest saw me want to share my experience.
In the following weeks Goseemountains.com was born and since I’ve grown as a person along with the site. Surviving and thriving in the great outdoors sure can increase your confidence and ability. Not to mention the mental health benefits. Give it a try.
Here’s to the next 100 articles
Anyone can start a blog or website. You can have one up and running in minutes if you really want to. It takes passion and willpower to keep one running for over two years with regular updates.
I’ve spent late nights learning about coding scripts and API connections. Fixing crashed servers and editing photography. It requires dedication from me to keep the lights turned on and the wheels turning. If you don’t love your subject it will cease to exist quickly.
Giving up 9 to 5 work recently will allow me more time to commit to Goseemountains.com in future. I’m looking forward to writing freelance on a more regular basis and dip back into poetry for the first time in years. To be creative its important to be in the correct mindset by surrounding yourself with the right people and places. You can’t manufacture creativity like a production line.
